The BUSY Group is committed to strong, transparent governance that supports our purpose of helping people find work, build skills and improve their wellbeing across Canada.

Our Board of Directors provides strategic direction and independent oversight, setting our long-term goals, monitoring performance and making sure we meet our legal, financial and ethical obligations to the communities we serve.

Drawing on global experience across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Canada, Board members bring expertise in employment services, education, finance and community development. Together they hold management accountable for delivering quality outcomes for job seekers, employers and partners, while bringing global perspective to the needs of the communities we serve here in Canada.
